In the ITTF World Cup Macao 2026 Men's Singles group stage, trader consensus gives Anders Lind a slim 52.5% implied probability over Tin Ian Mak, balancing Lind's No. 15 ITTF ranking and left-hand attacking shakehand style—bolstered by recent upsets like his 2025 win over then-No. 1 Lin Shidong—against Mak's strong home advantage as the Macau host contender with crowd support and regional form. No prior head-to-head exists, amplifying uncertainty in this best-of-seven matchup, where Lind's mixed recent results (0-3 loss to No. 2 Truls Moregardh on March 10) introduce rust risks. Late fitness updates or Togami group results could shift odds, as table tennis group advances reward consistency amid frequent upsets.
