T1's Worlds 2024 championship run, capped by a 3-2 grand finals victory over BLG on November 2, has solidified their status as LCK frontrunners heading into the 2025 offseason, with Faker securing a long-term extension and core roster intact amid minimal changes. Qualification for MSI 2026 will hinge on top performers from the 2026 Spring Split across International Leagues—LCK, LPL, LEC, and LTA—expected to award 2-3 slots per region based on prior formats, plus select Tier 2 leagues like PCS and VCS. Massive roster overhauls post-Worlds, including Peanut's move to Hanwha Life Esports and Doran's return to HLE, reshape competitive landscapes, while 2025 patches and meta shifts could preview Spring 2026 contenders. Early trader consensus reflects Worlds momentum, historical dominance, and offseason stability for favorites like Gen.G, BLG, and G2.
