AC Milan clings to a one-point lead over Napoli atop the Serie A table's battle for second place behind Inter's six-point cushion after 30 matchdays, with traders pricing Napoli's superior win tally (19 vs. Milan's 18) and goal-scoring edge as a slight motivator for an overtake in the final eight fixtures. Recent results underscore the tension: Milan's crucial 1-0 away victory over Inter on March 8 propelled them ahead, but Napoli's 2-1 home win against Lecce and Inter's subsequent 1-1 draw with Atalanta kept the gap minimal at 63-62 points. Both sides boast strong recent form and favorable home/away splits, yet testing remaining schedules against European contenders like Juventus, Roma, and Atalanta heighten upset risks, while Como's surge to fourth adds peripheral pressure on the dueling duo.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
