Trader consensus on Polymarket positions Robert De Zerbi as the clear frontrunner at 44.5% implied probability to become next Tottenham Hotspur manager, fueled by his tactical nous from Brighton's high-pressing era and persistent media links amid Ange Postecoglou's mounting pressure after Spurs' 4-3 extra-time Carabao Cup quarterfinal loss to Chelsea on Dec. 19. De Zerbi's uncertain Marseille stint adds to his appeal. Ryan Mason (19.6%) gains from internal familiarity as current assistant and prior 2023 interim success. Mauricio Pochettino (18.0%) evokes nostalgia from his trophy-laden 2014-19 tenure, while Edin Terzic (14.9%) surged post-Dortmund exit with his Bundesliga pressing pedigree suiting Tottenham's style. Mid-table Premier League position heightens sack speculation ahead of January transfer window.
