This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season and NCAA Tournament with the highest assists per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NCAA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NCAA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season is cancelled, postponed after April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the NCAA (ncaa.com/stats/basketball-men/d1).Trader consensus in the NCAAM assists per game leader market reflects a nail-biter atop the board, with Jeremy Fears Jr. holding a slim 52% implied probability edge over Braden Smith and Themus Fulks at 47% each, driven by their nearly identical season averages around 7.5-8.0 APG through early non-conference play. Fears, Michigan State's freshman point guard, has ramped up production post-injury recovery, dishing 9 assists in a recent win over Mississippi State. Purdue's Smith maintains elite distribution in a high-usage role alongside star bigs, while Fulks thrives on volume for Oral Roberts in the Summit League. With conference schedules looming—Big Ten gauntlets for Fears and Smith, lighter slate for Fulks—injury risks and minute loads will dictate the race's volatility in this long season leading to March Madness.
