Trader consensus heavily favors Michael Carrick (64.5%) as Manchester United's next permanent manager following Ruben Amorim's January sacking, driven by the club's strong recent form under his interim leadership since then, with players and staff reportedly very happy and no approaches made to other candidates yet. Luis Enrique's decision to stay at PSG—confirmed in the past 48 hours—has eliminated the 9.8% second-favorite, further boosting Carrick amid endorsements from David Beckham and Owen Hargreaves praising his transformative impact. Thomas Tuchel (7.5%) and Oliver Glasner (7.0%) linger as alternatives with Premier League or Bundesliga experience, but lack momentum without official talks, while United legends like Rooney and Keane express divided views on making the move permanent before season's end.
