Mohamed Salah’s impending departure from Liverpool at the end of the 2025-26 season has fueled heavy speculation about his next destination, with the Saudi Pro League leading trader consensus due to multiple reported mega-offers from clubs like Al Ittihad. These deals, potentially exceeding €100 million annually, align with the pattern of high-profile Premier League veterans chasing financial windfalls in the Gulf. The Egyptian Premier League sits second as a sentimental option for the 33-year-old forward to return home and continue representing Egypt internationally. MLS interest reflects the league’s growing appeal for established stars seeking a less intense schedule and strong commercial opportunities. Lower probabilities for Süper Lig, La Liga, and Serie A stem from credible but less lucrative links to clubs like Fenerbahçe and Roma, while top European leagues remain distant given salary caps and competitive demands. Recent weeks have seen no major shifts beyond ongoing family discussions and confirmed free-agent status shaping the current pricing.
