This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2025–26 NBA regular season with the highest steals per-game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest steals per-game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. The resolution source will be the NBA (NBA.com/stats).Tyrese Maxey leads Polymarket trader consensus at 37.8% implied probability to win NBA steals per game, reflecting his season-long 2.0 SPG average across 62+ games amid a razor-tight race with Ausar Thompson (2.02 SPG recently) and Cason Wallace (1.97 SPG), both also hovering at 2.0. Recent developments include Thompson surging to the top after Detroit's latest win on March 30, while Maxey's post-All-Star break haul of 22 steals underscores his defensive evolution as Philadelphia's primary ball-handler with high minutes. Wallace's Thunder benefit from elite team defense and pace, but fewer games played and potential playoff load management temper his outlook; all three maintain elite steal rates against turnover-prone opponents late in the regular season.
