Victor Wembanyama's elite shot-blocking has traders pricing him at near-certainty for NBA blocks per game leader, reflecting his commanding 3.1 blocks per game average across 59 outings for the Spurs—over a full block ahead of Chet Holmgren's 1.9 and Evan Mobley's 1.8. His 181 total blocks lead the league despite fewer games played, bolstered by recent health after a brief March ankle soreness that he has cleared for upcoming matchups like March 30 versus Chicago. The wisdom of crowds prices this dominance as virtually locked with roughly three weeks left in the regular season, as challengers would need unprecedented surges. Realistic shifts require a major Wembanyama injury sidelining him while rim protectors like Holmgren or Jay Huff (1.8 BPG) explode in minutes and usage.
