This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2025–26 NBA regular season with the highest assists per-game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per-game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. The resolution source will be the NBA (NBA.com/stats).Nikola Jokić holds a commanding lead in the NBA regular season assists per game race at 10.8 APG over 61 games for the Denver Nuggets, well ahead of Cade Cunningham's 9.9 APG, driving trader consensus to 99.4% implied probability amid the April 12 season finale. Jokić's elite playmaking persists, evidenced by 13 assists in the Nuggets' overtime win versus the Spurs on April 4, alongside consistent double-digit outputs in recent contests against Utah and Golden State. Cunningham's collapsed lung injury, sidelining him since mid-March, eliminates any realistic catch-up despite Detroit's remaining slate. Only an unforeseen Jokić injury or extensive load management across Denver's final four games could challenge this, though playoff positioning makes such scenarios improbable.
