If any project on Blast is reported to have executed a 'rug pull' worth >$1,000,000 in the form of sudden withdrawal of funds, abandonment of project, or otherwise shutting down with user funds still in their system by February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution of this market will be based on credible reports from trusted industry sources confirming the 'rug pull' event.
