Recent pre-sales surged with $2 million on Wednesday previews—better than expected—bolstered by an 83% Certified Fresh Rotten Tomatoes score praising the duo's chemistry in Kristoffer Borgli's twisty rom-com, though mixed reviews questioning its execution temper upside potential. Theater count nears 3,100 screens, but holdovers like Hoppers cap walkups; Friday grosses will be pivotal in breaking the deadlock.
