This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Platinum Glove award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus on the NL Platinum Glove reflects a tightly contested field among 2025 Gold Glove winners like Pete Crow-Armstrong (CF, elite Defensive Runs Saved), Ke'Bryan Hayes (3B, MLB-leading DRS), Patrick Bailey (C), Matt Olson (1B), Nico Hoerner (2B), Masyn Winn (SS), Ian Happ (LF), and Javier Sanoja (UTIL), with Matt Chapman (3B) buoyed by his multi-time honors despite missing last year's award. Spring training developments keep the race even: Bailey's MLB-best challenge success rate (10-for-14) under the new ABS system elevates catchers, while Cubs standouts like Crow-Armstrong benefit from projected top-five team defense. No early-season metrics or injuries have separated the pack, emphasizing the wisdom of crowds in position-diverse defensive matchups.
