This market will resolve to "Yes" if Sydney Sweeney issues a public apology for her acting in or involvement with the American Eagle advertisement which referred to her as having “great jeans” by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A public apology is defined as any statement of sorrow or regret released in a manner intended for public consumption.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from Sydney Sweeney; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
