This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Landon Donovan Most Valuable Player. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus favors Luis Suárez at 39.9% implied probability for 2026 MLS MVP, buoyed by his re-signing with Inter Miami through the season and the Herons' third-place Eastern Conference standing after five matches, despite his modest early output of one goal in limited minutes. Diego Luna trails closely at 33.2%, riding momentum from his 2025 breakout with Real Salt Lake that included nine goals and seven assists, as RSL maintains a solid start. Son Heung-min's 29.5% reflects his record $26 million LAFC transfer and three assists in five starts, pairing dynamically with Denis Bouanga's one goal and two assists amid LAFC's Western push. Anders Dreyer's explosive 3 goals and 3 assists for expansion side San Diego FC have propelled him to 27.7%, while Nashville's Sam Surridge leads the league with seven goals. This tight clustering underscores early-season volatility, with no player dominating goal contributions yet and team success, pedigree, and potential weighing heavily in the race.
