This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 American League Cy Young Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Cleveland Guardians lefty Parker Messick tops trader consensus at 49.5% implied probability for the 2026 AL Cy Young after a scorching start with a 3-0 record, 1.05 ERA, and 25 strikeouts across four outings, including a near no-hitter into the seventh against the Angels on April 16 and six scoreless innings versus the Braves last week. Tarik Skubal holds second at 32.0% as the Tigers' ace and defending contender with a lights-out Opening Day performance, bolstered by his track record of elite strikeouts and innings. Seattle Mariners arms Bryce Miller (21.1%) and Bryan Woo (15.0%) gain traction from the rotation's early momentum and Woo's prior top-five finish, while veterans like Max Fried (9.5%) and Nathan Eovaldi (9.0%) linger amid projection strength despite modest starts. Markets reflect skin-in-the-game bets on sustained dominance in wins, ERA, and strikeouts over the long season.
