This market will resolve according to the listed film that wins Best Screenplay at the 41st Film Independent Spirit Awards.
If, for any reason, no winner is declared by April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or in case of a tie for the winner, this market will resolve in favor of the listed film whose title comes first in alphabetical order.
The resolution source will be the television broadcast of the Film Independent Spirit Awards and the official Film Independent website (https://www.filmindependent.org/spirit-awards/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.The Film Independent Spirit Awards are presented annually by Film Independent.
