Arsenal's commanding nine-point lead atop the Premier League table after 31 matches—70 points with a +39 goal difference—has solidified trader consensus at 88.5% implied probability for them to claim the 2025-26 title, their first in over 20 years. Recent emphatic wins over Tottenham (4-1) and Brighton (1-0), coupled with Manchester City's recent 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest, have extended the gap despite City's 2-0 Carabao Cup final victory last weekend. Arsenal's superior form, healthier squad depth, and favorable remaining fixtures underpin this dominance, though a City win in their April head-to-head at the Etihad, combined with Arsenal dropping points in the run-in, could realistically reignite the title race.
