Trader consensus prices An Jae-Hyun at 50% implied probability for victory over Timothy Choi in their ITTF World Cup Macao 2026 Men's Singles group stage clash, reflecting a tightly contested matchup despite An's world ranking edge at #20 over Choi's #123. An's shakehand attacking style brings proven pedigree from a WTT Feeder title and recent WTT Champions Chongqing showings, but his 50% year-to-date win rate signals inconsistency against Choi's youthful momentum from the WTT Youth Contender Berlin last week. No head-to-head history exists; odds balance An's experience against Choi's speed and upset potential in the round-robin Group 14 featuring Darko Jorgic. Pre-match warm-ups or early group results could shift sentiment toward the 26-year-old Korean veteran or 18-year-old New Zealander riser.
