Sixth seed Vit Kopriva (#60), a steady clay-court performer with a 5-3 ATP clay record this year, meets unranked challenger Hamad Medjedovic (#115) in the Grand Prix Hassan II Round of 32 on Marrakech's red clay. Kopriva enters off a second-round exit at last week's Naples Challenger to Francesco Forti, while the younger Serb impressed with a quarterfinal run there, upsetting higher seed Alexandre Muller 6-2, 6-2 before falling. No ATP head-to-head exists, though Medjedovic holds a 2023 Challenger edge; Kopriva's seeding and surface affinity shape trader consensus amid Medjedovic's recent clay momentum and upset potential in this ATP 250 opener. Outdoor conditions favor baseline grinders, with no reported injuries.
