Trader consensus favors the Buffalo Bills at 41.9% implied probability for Kirk Cousins' 2026-27 destination, driven by Josh Allen's recent foot surgery recovery from a broken fifth metatarsal sustained in 2025, heightening needs for veteran quarterback depth on a contending AFC roster amid cap restructuring. Green Bay Packers lead at 26.6% following their loss of backup Malik Willis to the Dolphins in free agency, with analysts like Matt Schneidman and Bill Barnwell highlighting Cousins' play-action fit behind Jordan Love. Las Vegas Raiders sit at 16.5% on Dianna Russini's March 11 report of interest to mentor presumptive No. 1 draft pick Fernando Mendoza in a thin QB market, as Cousins remains unsigned two weeks post-Falcons' post-June 1 release.
