With Inter Milan six points clear at the Serie A summit after 30 matchdays (69 points, +42 goal difference), trader consensus centers on the razor-thin contest for second place, where AC Milan holds a one-point edge over Napoli (63-62) following Milan's 3-2 home win over Torino and Napoli's gritty 1-0 victory at Cagliari via Scott McTominay's strike. Napoli's superior clinical edge and home advantage in their pivotal April 6 clash against Milan underpin their slim 47.5% implied probability lead over Milan's 42.5%, while Como's breakout campaign (fourth, 57 points, +31 GD) earns 13.5% for potential chaos amid eight remaining fixtures heavy with mid-table and European contenders. Inter's 18% reflects minor slip risk, keeping the race fiercely competitive.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
