Norway holds a slight edge in trader consensus for this T20I clash at Santarem Cricket Ground, driven by superior recent form—winning four of their last five outings, including a 22-run victory over France in the August 2025 Viking Cup—contrasting France's four straight losses prior to a win against Sweden. Both associate nations, ranked 42nd (Norway) and 52nd (France), feature balanced squads with Norway relying on opener Khizer Ahmed's batting firepower and strike bowler Ahmadullah Shinwari, while France banks on hard-hitter Mukhtar Ghulami and seamer Noman Amjad. The pitch favors batsmen early (average first innings 160), with toss crucial amid potential dew; no injuries or withdrawals reported as the tri-series opener nears on April 5, setting early momentum stakes.
