Delhi Capitals host Mumbai Indians in IPL 2026 Match 8 at the batting-friendly Arun Jaitley Stadium, where both sides enter unbeaten after opening wins: DC's six-wicket chase against LSG yesterday featured a match-turning 119-run stand by Sameer Rizvi (unbeaten fifty) and Tristan Stubbs after slumping to 26/4, while MI chased 221 in 19.1 overs versus KKR on March 29 behind openers Rickelton and Rohit Sharma. DC misses Mitchell Starc (shoulder/elbow injury), leaning on Kuldeep Yadav's spin and Lungi Ngidi's pace, against MI's lethal Jasprit Bumrah-Trent Boult attack. MI hold a strong head-to-head edge (five of last six wins), but dew favors chasing on this high-scoring pitch with early swing.
