Michigan Wolverines hold a slim edge as trader consensus favorite at 35.5% implied probability to win the 2026 NCAA Tournament, just ahead of Arizona Wildcats at 34.3%, reflecting both No. 1 seeds' dominant Elite Eight performances amid a stacked Final Four also featuring Illinois Fighting Illini (17.3%) and UConn Huskies (13.6%). Michigan's 95-62 rout of Tennessee yesterday showcased their explosive offense averaging over 90 points per tournament game, fueling optimism despite a Big Ten tournament final loss to Purdue. Arizona advanced past Purdue 79-64 for their first Final Four in 25 years, bolstered by Big 12 title momentum, while UConn's buzzer-beater comeback over Duke highlights resilience but faces a tough Illinois semifinal matchup. No major injuries reported, keeping odds tight ahead of Saturday's games.
