Michigan and Arizona lead as co-favorites at 34.5% and 33.5% implied probabilities after both No. 1 seeds advanced to the Final Four with dominant records of 31-2 and 32-2, showcasing elite defensive efficiency and tournament poise through Sweet 16 and Elite Eight wins. Traders view the razor-thin gap as reflecting their stylistic clash in Saturday's semifinal, where Michigan's recent transfer influx like Elliot Cadeau bolsters backcourt depth against Arizona's five-star freshmen-led frontcourt. Illinois (17.6%) and UConn (13.4%) trail but gain traction from No. 3 and No. 2 seed momentum, including UConn's upset of Duke, keeping the championship race wide-open amid injury-free paths and neutral-site intensity in Indianapolis.
