Mercedes holds a commanding lead in the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship with 135 points after three Grands Prix—Australia, China, and Japan—where Kimi Antonelli and George Russell swept victories and amassed 72 and 63 driver points respectively, showcasing superior power unit performance under the new sustainable fuel and electric-heavy regulations. Ferrari trails at 90 points, buoyed by Charles Leclerc's consistent podiums and Lewis Hamilton's 41 points, but lacks the outright race pace to challenge. McLaren sits third on 46 points despite Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri's efforts, hampered by a 0.5-1 second deficit in qualifying and race pace. Red Bull languishes on 16 points amid an "undriveable" new car and reliability woes, slashing their title hopes, while midfield teams like Haas and Alpine scrape minor points. Trader consensus reflects Mercedes' early dominance and development edge, though 21 remaining races leave room for upgrades to shift the standings.
