This market will resolve to “Yes” if, between Daniel Baluta and Ciprian Ciucu, Daniel Baluta becomes the favorite in the Romania: Bucharest Mayoral Election market (https://polymarket.com/event/romania-bucharest-mayoral-election?tid=1764630183061) for any two-hour period ending by December 6, 2025, 11:59 PM ET or earlier. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Daniel Baluta will be considered to have become the favorite for any two-hour period if he is ahead of Ciprian Ciucu in more individual minutes than Ciprian Ciucu is ahead of Daniel Baluta during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will resolve to "No".

If the underlying market resolves prior to this market, this market will immediately resolve in accordance with the underlying market’s final outcome.

The resolution source will be the underlying minute-level price data for the “Romania: Bucharest Mayoral Election” market, which can be viewed using the bar chart on https://derivative.polymarket.com/index/will-baluta-flip-ciucu-for-bucharest-mayor-by-saturday or through the “Resolution” tab with the time set to show the two-hour period window. Both interfaces display the same underlying data.
