This opens 2026 free agency speculation, tightening odds atop Buffalo Bills (31.1%), Las Vegas Raiders (27.5%), and Green Bay Packers (26.7%) as teams eyeing veteran quarterback stability: Raiders' persistent QB void after cycling through Aidan O'Connell and Desmond Ridder; Packers monitoring Jordan Love's inconsistency despite extension; Bills boasting cap space and contender status around Josh Allen, though primary starter unlikely. Competitive dynamics stem from league-wide 2026 QB uncertainties, cap flexibility, and Cousins' proven pocket-passer profile in high-leverage spots.
