Oklahoma City Thunder's league-leading 21-5 record and NBA-best point differential fuel their 88.9% trader consensus for the best regular-season mark, bolstered by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's MVP-caliber play (30.1 PPG), Chet Holmgren's rim protection, and just one loss in their last 10 games. Minimal injuries, home dominance (13-1), and the West's second-easiest remaining strength of schedule cement this edge. San Antonio Spurs (8.3%) trail at 16-9 on Victor Wembanyama's breakout (22.5 PPG, 3.8 BPG) but risk fading amid injuries and Denver/Boston tests. Detroit Pistons (1.1%) surge via Cade Cunningham but lack depth for sustained chase. OKC falters only on key injuries like SGA or a brutal skid.
