Chicago Cubs lead trader consensus at 40% implied probability for the 2026 NL Central title, bolstered by their elite farm system—headlined by top prospects Cade Horton and Moises Ballesteros—and 2024 breakouts from Pete Crow-Armstrong and Seiya Suzuki, with front office maneuvers like non-tendering four players last week clearing roster space for winter meetings additions. Milwaukee Brewers sit at 31.5% despite their 2024 division crown, tempered by Willy Adames' departure to the Giants on an eight-year deal earlier this month, though Jackson Chourio's rookie stardom offers hope. Pittsburgh Pirates (19.5%) ride Paul Skenes' Cy Young-caliber debut and Jared Jones' emergence, fueling long-term rotation strength. Cincinnati Reds (18%) leverage Elly De La Cruz's MVP flashes and Hunter Greene's ace potential, while St. Louis Cardinals trail at 5.8% amid an aging core and farm system concerns following their middling 2024.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the team whose listed nickname comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 National League Central division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
