Mumbai Indians command 24% trader consensus for the 2026 IPL title, fueled by their mega auction retentions of Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, and Tilak Varma, delivering explosive top-order batting, all-round depth, and world-class pace spearheaded by Bumrah. Royal Challengers Bengaluru trail at 16% behind Virat Kohli's anchor role and key buys like Phil Salt and Josh Hazlewood, bolstering seam firepower on chinnaswamy's high-scoring deck. Chennai Super Kings hold 13% via Jadeja's spin mastery, Pathirana's slingy yorkers, and Gaikwad's captaincy stability in a post-Dhoni transition. Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad share 10%, differentiating through Gill's leadership and SRH's retained batting blitz, yet the post-auction reset keeps the field wide-open amid unproven chemistry and form tests.
