In the event of any extenuating circumstances that prevent Kamala Harris from continuing the race, this market will also resolve to "Yes".

If Kamala Harris does not announce her withdrawal or is not forced to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race by the specified time, this market will resolve to "No".

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democratic or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus prior to the conclusion of the relevant nominating election.

If all three sources do not achieve consensus in calling the relevant races for this market, it will resolve based on official state certification of the nominating election results.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Ilhan Omar for fraud, by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

For the purposes of this market, the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State shall be included within the definition of a State.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from US governmental sources; however, a wide consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will remain open until it is confirmed that at least one of the above conditions has not been met, or until all of the above conditions have been met.
