This market will resolve to "Yes" if Andrew Tate purchases a Trump Gold Card by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

Any action meeting these criteria will count even if its implementation is immediately halted or delayed by judicial or other actions.

Any new visa or pathway to citizenship which is granted as part of a new program created by the Trump Administration after February 26, which is either referred to as a Gold Card, or involves a new pathway to U.S. citizenship, work permits, or any other form of legal residency status in exchange for payments or investment will qualify.

Any official executive, legislative, or judicial action that prevents the proclamation from taking effect on January 1, 2026, or that pauses or ends the travel ban or restriction of a specified country will suffice. 

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting and official government communications.

An announcement by TikTok will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs.

If TikTok is part of an acquisition or merger involving the specified entity, this market will resolve to "Yes," regardless of whether it is the sole buyer or partner.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from TikTok or the listed entity, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be use
