This market will resolve to "Yes" if Hillary Clinton, former First Lady of the United States, announces that she is running for president of the United States of America before 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the Democratic National Convention, currently scheduled for August 19, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purpose of resolving this market, an announcement by this candidate will be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether they actually filed to run for president of the United States, or whether they actually file to run for president in the future.

If the DNC does not begin by August 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, and this candidate has not announced their intention to run, this market will resolve to "No".

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time of their nominating election. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democratic or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus prior to the conclusion of the relevant nominating election.

If all three sources do not achieve consensus in calling the relevant races for this market, it will resolve based on official state certification of the nominating election results.
