Databricks' most recent confirmed post-money valuation stands at $134 billion following its completed Series L round in February 2026, which included $5 billion in equity and $2 billion in additional debt capacity. The company reported a $5.4 billion annualized revenue run rate at that time, reflecting over 65% year-over-year growth driven by its data and AI platform, including more than $1 billion in AI product revenue. As of June 2026, reports indicate the firm is in active discussions for a new funding round targeting a $165–175 billion valuation, which would represent a material step-up from the prior mark. With the June 30 resolution date approaching, any formal announcement or closing of such a round would serve as the primary catalyst for shifts in implied probability, alongside broader enterprise AI spending trends and potential IPO preparations.
