Both players exited qualifying early at last week's Morelia Challenger on hardcourts, Zahraj falling in the second round after a first-round win and Wiskandt suffering a straight-sets defeat, underscoring mutual struggles for momentum amid the surface transition. Competitive balance stems from comparable Challenger-level experience and recent form, though Zahraj's stronger career clay record (70-61) offers slight edge potential. Odds could shift with pre-match injury reports, weather delays on the high-altitude clay, or confirmed draw positioning.
