This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed individual provides testimony about Jeffrey Epstein before either chamber of the United States Congress (House of Representatives or Senate), or any of their official committees or subcommittees, by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Qualifying testimony may be either live or recorded, in-person or remote, and closed or open to the public. A primary focus of the testimony must be information related to Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to the listed individuals’ relationship with Epstein, their appearance in Epstein-related files released by the federal government, their involvement in previous Epstein investigations or criminal proceedings, or their general knowledge of Epstein and his life. Limited references to Epstein in an otherwise unrelated congressional testimony will not qualify. The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting. The House Oversight Committee's bipartisan investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's network and the DOJ's handling of related files has prompted multiple depositions, with Epstein's longtime lawyer Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn testifying last week that they were never interviewed by federal investigators despite their roles as estate co-executors. On March 17, Chair James Comer subpoenaed Attorney General Pam Bondi for a sworn deposition on April 14 regarding file redactions and releases under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Voluntary transcribed interviews are scheduled with figures including Kathryn Ruemmler (April 21), Bill Gates (May 19), and others through June, potentially qualifying as testimony if Epstein-focused; non-compliance could lead to subpoenas before the market's June 30 resolution.
