Trader consensus heavily favors Maxx Crosby remaining with the Las Vegas Raiders at 69.6% implied probability, anchored by his three-year, $106.5 million extension through 2027—including a fully guaranteed $29 million salary—and his expressed desire to stay in Vegas long-term alongside family ties. The near-trade to the Baltimore Ravens collapsed on March 10 after a failed physical revealed degenerative knee concerns, returning Crosby to the Raiders and prompting GM John Spytek to affirm they're prepared to keep their Pro Bowl edge rusher absent a Micah Parsons-level package of multiple first-round picks. Cincinnati Bengals (9.7%) lead alternatives amid their pass-rush needs post-free agency, while Ravens odds dipped despite prior interest, with Seattle Seahawks and others reflecting ongoing but subdued trade chatter from teams like Dallas Cowboys. Raiders' cap flexibility and repaired player-team rapport solidify the frontrunner status.
