If there is no final data available by April 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, another credible resolution source will be chosen.A24's Zendaya-Robert Pattinson rom-com The Drama posted a solid $1.7 million in Thursday previews across 3,087 screens, fueling trader consensus for a $12-15 million opening weekend amid fierce Easter competition from family tentpoles like Super Mario Galaxy Movie and Project Hail Mary. Positive critical reception—83% certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes from 76 reviews, praising director Kristoffer Borgli's squirmy dark humor—bolsters walk-up potential, though the film's niche marital-jitters premise tempers blockbuster expectations against its $25-28 million budget. Pre-sales tracking and star draw have narrowed implied probabilities to a tight race between 13-14m (34.5%) and adjacent ranges, with Friday grosses and holiday family turnout as key swing factors before Sunday close.
