The resolution source will be an official announcement from the U.S. State Department. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Actions of force means the use of physical force, including but not limited to kinetic military action (e.g., missiles, bombs, gunfire), ground operations or raids, special operations, invasions, or physical arrests or detentions carried out by United States government forces.
