On May 20, 2024, Gala Games was hacked. The hacker minted ~$200m worth of tokens which he then began swapping for Ethereum.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the hacker returns >50% of the exploited funds to Gala Games by May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, and “No” otherwise.

Any official announcements by Gala Games will be sufficient to resolve this market, as well as transactions from the hacker that return the funds to whichever relevant party or parties as determined by Gala Games.

For the purposes of this market, 50% or more of the exploited funds means >50% of whichever tokens they swapped the exploited GALA into.

Note that if >50% of the funds are returned to Gala Games in another way, and they confirm, it will count for this market.
