Portugal hosts Norway in the third match of the T20I Tri-Series at Santarem Cricket Ground on April 6, marking their first clash in the tournament featuring France as the third team, with top-two advancing to the April 9 final. No prior series matches have occurred, leaving all teams at zero points, but previews position Norway as the strongest outfit due to captain Raza Iqbal's leadership and key contributors like Khizer Ahmed and Wahidullah Sahak. Portugal benefits from home advantage on a pitch favoring fast bowlers with consistent bounce—averaging 160 first-innings scores in T20Is—bolstered by Najam Shahzad's captaincy and recent form, including a 54-run victory over Norway in prior T20s. Toss and early pace could prove decisive in this balanced matchup.
