This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Binance 1-minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final "Low" price below MicroStrategy’s reported “Avg BTC Cost” at any point between January 21, 2026 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT Low prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

MicroStrategy’s average buy price will be taken from the “Avg BTC Cost” value shown in its publicly reported Bitcoin holdings table available at https://www.strategy.com/purchases

Only Binance BTC/USDT data will be used. Prices from other exchanges, trading pairs, or timeframes will not be considered.
