Juan Manuel La Serna enters the Campinas Challenger first round heavily favored over wildcard Enzo Camargo Lima due to his superior ATP ranking at No. 355 versus Camargo Lima's unranked status, alongside a stronger 2026 clay-court record of 15-8 compared to Camargo Lima's 2-5. La Serna recently reached the quarterfinals in the Sao Leopoldo Challenger, upsetting Felipe Meligeni Alves before a straight-sets loss to Gustavo Heide on April 3, while Camargo Lima rides a five-match losing streak, his latest a qualification defeat to Boris Arias in Sao Paulo on March 22. With no head-to-head history on the outdoor clay surface, local support could aid the Brazilian, but La Serna's form drives trader consensus.
