Magadan, a local wild card, benefits from home-crowd energy and potential clay affinity, while both players enter off quick losses—Kozlov to Andres Martin in Morelia and Magadan to Luka Pavlovic—creating no clear momentum advantage. Late scratches, practice reports, or weather delays could shift odds, as upsets thrive in Challenger matchups with stylistic contrasts and surface transitions.
