Daniel Altmaier and Hamad Medjedovic meet in the ATP Challenger Naples clay-court final, with Altmaier (No. 55) holding a 2-1 head-to-head edge including their lone clay clash at Roland Garros 2025. Altmaier ended an eight-match losing streak dating back to late 2025—spanning Australian Open qualifying, Indian Wells, and Miami—with four straight wins here, dropping two sets in three-set victories over Guerrieri and Bondioli in semis. Medjedovic, 4-0 on clay in 2026 and 10-5 overall, advanced via gritty three-setters over Barton and Sakellaridis before dominating Muller 6-2 6-2 and Sachko 7-5 6-1 in semis. Altmaier's baseline consistency and clay pedigree (152-93 recent career) face Medjedovic's powerful serve and forehand aggression on outdoor red clay.
