Mercedes leads the 2026 Constructors' Championship with a commanding points advantage after strong results in the opening rounds under the new regulations, positioning the team as the clear favorite in trader consensus. Kimi Antonelli and George Russell have delivered multiple victories and podiums, capitalizing on Mercedes' engine and chassis strengths in the revised technical landscape that reduced the previous ground-effect advantages for rivals. Ferrari sits second but trails by a wide margin despite solid showings from Charles Leclerc, while McLaren, the defending champions, has yet to close the gap despite Lando Norris's prior form. Later teams including Red Bull and others remain far behind with limited podium potential so far this season.
