Dusan Lajovic enters as trader consensus favorite over Lloyd Harris in the Grand Prix Hassan II qualifying final on Marrakech clay, driven by his stronger clay court resume (149-119 career aggregate, 4-6 in 2026) and recent ATP-level success, including a Rio Open first-round win over Daniel Altmaier. Lajovic dominated qualifying opener Jakub Paul 6-1 6-4 with nine aces and flawless break-point defense, while Harris, riding a 12-4 YTD surge with Challenger titles in Soma Bay and Tenerife 2, ousted Pierre-Hugues Herbert 6-4 6-3. Their head-to-head sits 1-1 on hardcourts; this marks their clay debut, with Lajovic's ranking (127) edging Harris (149) and experience potentially decisive absent injury concerns.
