This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift makes a direct and explicit public statement endorsing Joe Biden for the United States Presidential election at the 2024 Super Bowl. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No." 

The endorsement must be a distinct declaration of support for Biden’s Presidential candidacy. Indirect statements of support, such as retweets, shares of other people's endorsements, or general expressions of admiration, will not count as endorsements.

"at the 2024 Super Bowl" means that if Swift endorses Biden on the day of the Super Bowl at its venue, including before/after the game, this market will resolve to "Yes." If it is clear that Taylor Swift left the venue without giving an endorsement, this market may immediately resolve to "No." If the 2024 Super Bowl is cancelled or otherwise does not occur before the 2024 election, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes” if both of the following conditions are met as a result of the 2026 midterm elections:

- Democrats hold 218 or more seats in the House
- Democrats hold 49 or more seats in the Senate

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This market will remain open until it is confirmed that at least one of the above conditions has not been met, or until all of the above conditions have been met.

This market will resolve according to the playoff qualification seed (1-7 for each conference) of the team that wins Super Bowl LX. 

If Super Bowl LX has not been completed by February 22, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". 

If at any point it becomes impossible for a specific playoff qualification seed to win Super Bowl LX based on the rules of the NFL (e.g., all teams with that seed are eliminated in the playoff bracket), this market will resolve immediately to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL.

This is a polymarket on which player will be named the 2025–26 NFL Offensive Player of the Year. 

If the listed player is named the 2025-26 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, the market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If the 2025–26 NFL Offensive Player of the Year award is not announced by May 1, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from the NFL. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States issues a decision that reverses, vacates, or otherwise overturns the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s August 29, 2025 decision in V.O.S. Selections, Inc. v. Trump, in which the Federal Circuit held that the tariffs imposed by Executive Orders 14193, 14194, 14195, 14257, and 14266 exceeded the President’s authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) by December 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." 

If the Supreme Court dismisses the case as improvidently granted, denies certiorari, grants/vacates/remands without deciding the merits of IEEPA authorization, affirms by an equally divided Court, or vacates due to mootness, or if the parties settle the case this market will resolve to "No." 

For purposes of this market, the government prevails if the Supreme Court rules on the merits that the tariffs are authorized under IEEPA, or otherwise reverses or vacates the Federal Circuit’s holding that they are unauthorized under IEEPA, regardless of whether the Court remands for further proceedings on issues such as remedy or scope of relief. The government does not prevail if the Supreme Court affirms the Federal Circuit’s decision that the tariffs are unauthorized by IEEPA, even if the Court modifies or vacates portions of the judgment relating only to remedy or injunctive relief.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

An interview is defined as a scheduled, recorded conversation where Donald Trump answers questions posed by Tucker Carlson. Press conferences or media briefings held by the White House with Carlson in attendance will not count.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if there is a credible consensus of reporting that Donald Trump has recorded an interview with Tucker Carlson before February 28, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, even if that interview is not yet released.

The resolution source for this market will be publicly available video footage of the interview; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
